Style Steal: Clear Beach Tote

While shopping for an upcoming Florida vacation a Michael Kors clear tote bag caught my eye. THIS is what I needed as my new summer beach bag…but not for $200. Mental note to keep shopping because now I knew what I wanted and was on a mission.

Then I found this one at BCBG– clear, PVC, included privacy pocket and a pop of color! Everything I was looking for…except for the price, $148. Living in New England we only get so many beach weekends and I just couldnt justify spending that much just for a beach bag. I was on a mission to get exactly what I wanted at a price I was happy spending.

After searching MANY stores, I pop into Lord & Taylor and to my sheer delight see this beauty practically lighting up with  a halo above it! A pink PVC tote, with a separate privacy pouch decorated with a bow and a stud, on sale for only $12.99! To sweeten the deal even more? $5 from every tote sold gets donated directly to funding breast cancer research! Talk about an amazing Style Steal!
