While shopping for an LBD to wear for my birthday bash I found this French Connection beauty at Lord & Taylor. Tried it on, fell in love, took a pic of myself in it and then returned it to the rack to continue shopping (tip to avoid impulse buys!) Two days later I was still dreaming of the dress, just the validation I needed to go back and get it. That was my plan, but first I had a shopping trip with a client. One of the stores we shopped in was Express and when I walked in a similar style to the French Connection dress jumped out and grabbed me! I returned to the store after I was finished shopping with my client, tried it on and actually liked the length…and the price tag!…better than the French Connection dress!
