Street Smarts: Looks Done Right Holiday Outfit

Recall my blog Solving the Ugly Christmas Sweater Dilemma, where I picked out a Holiday outfit for my grandmother that did not include a sweater with sleigh bells on it. My aunt was at my grandmother’s house that day as well and witnessed the fittings, my styling and the “photoshoot”. Well it turns out she was inspired to put together her own “Look Done Right” Holiday outfit!

And in an even more fun DIY twist, she added hardware to the pants that everyone thought came with them! Apparently she had these pants for awhile (purchased the top after being inspired), the pants came with ties at the hems that laced up through eyelets. The ties broke and/or got lost so she improvised and put safety pins connecting each eyelet. It made the pants look so much edgier!
